What department do you work in and what is your current position?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’m a Sales Administration Manager in the Administration department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are your main missions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I mainly deal with client invoicing, setting up client record and drawing up contracts. I also manage administrative follow-up of clients and reminders of overdue invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long have you been working at TX2 CONCEPT?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

7 years in August 2024, already!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your background (educational and professional)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At school, I did a work-study BTS in commercial action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I went on to become a multi-skilled assistant, a planning and logistics assistant and a planning and logistics manager. And finally, today a Sales Adminitsration Manager at TX2 Concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite aspect of your job?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What I like best is to participate in the production of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What qualities are essential for your job?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I think the 3 essential qualities for a sales administration manager are: organization, rigor and good communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What advice would you give to a new employee?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The need to find the right balance between professional and personal life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you had to describe TX2 CONCEPT in a few words?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TX2 Concept is a family business that listens to its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your best memory since your arrival in the company?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The feeling of peace of mind that comes with arriving in a serene company and a welcoming environment after working 14 years for my previous employer, the last 3 of which were difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
