We introduced you to C\u00e9line<\/a>, Nicolas <\/a>and Richard <\/a>in our first employee portraits. Today, we present Matthieu Courtemanche! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What department do you work in and what is your current position?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’m an EDI Consultant in the Support department, but also the company’s astrologer and weather mister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are your main missions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I handle Level 2 support requests from our clients as well as internal requests. I also act as a trainer for my colleagues in the Support department. Finally, I’m involved in monitoring the various flows\/servers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long have you been working at TX2 CONCEPT?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been working at TX2 CONCEPT since March 2015. At that time, there were about fifteen of us in the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is your background (educational and professional)?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With a professional degree in “Network and Telecommunications”, I have worked for 3 main entities: DGA (public), Techcity and Risc Group (private), always with a support component and in a wide variety of IT fields (security, network, systems, development…).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite aspect of your job?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I get on well with my colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What qualities are essential for your job?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Infinite patience+1. Good analytical skills and ability to handle multiple subjects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What advice would you give to a new employee?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Don’t be afraid of the sheer volume of information involved. EDI is not taught at university, so there’s a lot to discover when you arrive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you had to describe TX2 CONCEPT in a few words?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

TX2 CONCEPT is a company that hasn’t stood still, and has been adapting to EDI developments for over 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your best memory since your arrival in the company?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’m hesitating between participating in our partner VIF’s AgroVif event in 2018 or the BBQ during the summer of that same year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you reveal something about yourself that isn’t in your r\u00e9sum\u00e9?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hot chocolate (or ice cream, depending on the season) \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n
