Today, we present B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Body! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What department do you work in and what is your current position?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I work in the EDI project team (mainly on the automotive side) and I&#8217;m a project manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are your main missions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My missions mainly concern the implementation of EDI projects, i.e. :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Project management and follow-up, with the organization of technical meetings between the various parties involved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical expertise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales follow-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EDI flow configuration and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long have you been working at TX2 CONCEPT?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I joined TX2 Concept in 2018. I celebrated 7 years with the company last April.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is your educational and professional background?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I graduated with a Baccalaur\u00e9at STI in electronic engineering, then a BTS in IT management with a network administrator option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I joined TX2 Concept as a technical sales consultant, and since 2024 I am an EDI project manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s your favorite part of the job?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The constant evolution of our products requires us to adapt and develop our technical skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What qualities are essential for your job?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mainly a good organization and rigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What advice would you give to a new employee?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t get discouraged, there&#8217;s a lot to learn at once. You have to give yourself some time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you had to describe TX2 CONCEPT in a few words?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TX2 Concept is a family-run company on a human scale, constantly evolving and adapting to new standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s your best memory since joining the company?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go kart racing with colleagues, with a podium finish, of course! I love speed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can you reveal something about yourself that&#8217;s not in your CV?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t be fooled by appearances.
