Olivet, 12/19/2025 – TX2 CONCEPT officially announces its definitive registration as an Approved Platform (AP). This major recognition has been granted by the DGFiP as part of the French e-invoicing reform. This validation marks a major milestone. It confirms the robustness of our TX2 Cloud solution, our regulatory compliance and our ability to support French companies in their compliance.
Official recognition
The French e-invoicing reform, which will come into force in September 2026, aims to modernize B2B exchanges, strengthen the fight against VAT fraud and simplify companies’ reporting obligations. In this context, only Approved Platforms are authorized to exchange electronic invoices. All French companies will therefore have to use the services of an AP.
This definitive registration confirms that our platform meets all the functional and technical requirements imposed by the regulations. It also guarantees our interoperability with the entire ecosystem: the Public Invoicing Portal (PPF) and other Approved Platforms.
A demanding approval process: a guarantee of reliability and safety
Access to the Approved Platform status is based on a rigorous certification process. The aim is to ensure a high level of reliability for user companies, whatever their sector of activity or size.
Our final registration is the culmination of several months’ work by our entire team. It confirms our commitment to offering a high-performance, secure and long-lasting solution, capable of remaining at the heart of corporate processes over the long term.

Our roadmap: audit and pilot under real conditions
Obtaining final registration is not an end in itself, but a structuring step in our development. In accordance with the regulatory framework, our platform is now committed to an audit to be completed within a year, work on which began in the fourth quarter of 2024 with PwC.
At the same time, we are preparing the launch of the real-life pilot, scheduled for February/March 2026, in collaboration with volunteer customers. The aim of this pilot phase will be to test the platform on a large scale, fine-tune its uses and guarantee a smooth, high-performance experience for all players before the reform is fully rolled out.
