To be considered electronic, an invoice must be created, issued and received in electronic format. This means that it does not exist in paper format. A simple PDF or scanned paper are therefore not electronic invoices.

No IS integration
The 1st option is not to integrate invoices into your IS.
You can manage your invoices via the TX2 Cloud portal. You can also automatically receive a readable copy of your invoices via SFTP or e-mail.
ERP integration
In this 2nd option, our TX2 Cloud solution is integrated with your ERP partner via API or SFTP, for example.
You can manage your invoicing directly from your ERP. You also have access to the TX2 Cloud portal.
Integration with accounting or EDM software
Finally, depending on your needs in terms of validation workflow, integration with your accounting software or an EDM solution is also possible.
