Employee portrait: Meet Léo Levenson – EDI Support Consultant

TX2 CONCEPT would not be the company it is today without the women and men who work there. This is why you will have the opportunity to get to know our employees through interviews. You will discover each of our services and the talents that make them up.

We introduced you to Bénédicte, Céline, Matthieu, Nicolas and Richard in our first employee portraits. Today, we present Léo Levenson!

What department do you work in and what is your current position?

I’m a dispatcher in the support department.

What are your main missions?

My main role is to sort customer requests into the support mailbox, as well as taking telephone calls.

I then create tickets, determining the urgency and criticality of each request.

How long have you been working at TX2 CONCEPT?

I joined the support team at the end of July 2024.

What is your educational and professional background?

After my Seconde ST2S, I was lucky enough to join a professional football club in Spain.

I spent 1 season as a goalkeeper with the Nastic de Tarragona U19 team, before joining the MHSC Montpellier U19 team during the Covid year.

At the same time, I continued my studies and obtained my BPJEPS.

I was then recruited by Paris FC, in the B team, and eventually managed to join the professional squad. Having failed to secure a pro contract at the end of the season, I changed clubs before finally deciding to stop competing.

I then worked in sales and transport, before finally finding my place at TX2 Concept.

What’s your favorite part of the job?

I really appreciate the atmosphere within my team.

I love learning in a field that wasn’t originally mine. It proves to me every day that everything can be learned.

What qualities are essential for your job?

I’d say that you first need to be patient, especially as there’s a lot of information to assimilate when you join the team. Then, you need to be attentive and organized to ensure efficient and rigorous management of support tickets.

Working in the support department also requires strong interpersonal skills, which are essential for effectively supporting customers and meeting their expectations.

And of course, a good dose of humor is a must: because at TX2 support we love humor.

What advice would you give to a new employee?

I’d say you have to be psychologically ready to “start from 0”, because there’s a lot of information to absorb in your training.

Standards and rules have to be learned gradually, so as not to mix things up.

If you had to describe TX2 CONCEPT in a few words?

TX2 Concept is a professional and very human company, where we like (a lot) breakfasts.

What’s your best memory since joining the company?

My best memory is our end-of-year party in 2024 at Prison Island.

Can you reveal something about yourself that’s not in your CV?

My dog’s name is Patrick, and he snores a lot… really a lot. He’s a French bulldog.
